    RETURN POLICY

    At IRONKLD, we prioritize the satisfaction of our valued customers. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you have concerns about your order. Please take a moment to review our Returns and Refunds policy:

    1. Returns and Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased, unless they are damaged. 
    2. Sale and Gift Card Items: We do not accept returns on sale or gift card items. All sales of gift cards and discounted items are FINAL unless the products have not been shipped.
    3. Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, we kindly request you to email us as soon as possible at returns@ironkld.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item's condition. We handle these cases on a case-by-case basis but will make every effort to work towards a satisfactory solution.
    4. Lost or Stolen Packages: IRONKLD is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been properly delivered by the carrier.

    EXCEPTIONS

    1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at returns@ironkld.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement.
    2. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged. 
    3. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us promptly at returns@ironkld.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item's condition. We address these cases on a case-by-case basis but will strive to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

    Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase included with the item(s). 

    If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
